北部湾(广西)经济区是一个新生的增长区域,在积极参与区域合作和国际竞争、发力打造中国经济增长"新一极"的过程中,因地制宜地发挥区域文化、制度、生态等软实力的内生作用,积极将各种机遇和后发优势转化为支撑区域长期发展的内生力量,进一步增强区域核心竞争力,促进区域持续、健康、快速、协调发展。

Guangxi Beibu Bay economic zone is a new growth area, and it is now participating in the regional cooperation and international competition positively. During the course of creating a new economic growth pole in China, only when Guangxi Beibu Bay economic zone brings its soft power such us regional culture, social institution and natural ecology into full play, and transforms various of opportunity and late-development advantage into endogenous power positively, can it support the area long-run growth, make the regional core competence strengthen, and promote the regional development sustainably and healthy.
