六辊矫直机矫直钢管管端的理论研究 被引量:7

摘要 探讨了六辊矫直机矫直钢管的变形受力及其改善状况。提出了六辊矫直机对辊压扁椭圆矫直法。合理选择矫直辊间距和矫直辊装设角是提高钢管矫直精度的重要途径,合理选择中间辊的弯曲矫直压下量是全面提高钢管矫直质量的关键。 Based on analysis of tube deformation-loading during straightening of steel tube with the 6-high straightener and consideration about how to improve it,the roll-pair flatening,o-val-straightening process with the said machine is proposed. It is concluded that proper setting of roll space and the mounting angle of the roll is a very important approach to improving straightening accuracy,while proper setting of the bending-straigntening screwdown force of the intermidiate roll is critical to all-round improvement of steel tube straightening quality.
