扩大不锈钢毛管规格的穿孔工艺试验

摘要 分析了Φ100mm穿孔机穿制不锈钢厚壁毛管时的受力状态及在三种工艺条件下的轧制负荷。进行了用Φ110mm管坯一次穿孔Φ120mm×7mm不锈钢毛管的试验。试验结果表明,一次穿孔是合理的,其成材率高于二次穿孔的成材率,轧制负荷与穿Φ116mm×16mm不锈钢毛管时的相当,扩大了穿孔毛管的规格。 The co-authors analyze the loading state and the rolling loads under three different process conditions of Φ100mm piercer in piercing stainless steel heavy shells. Experiment on onetime piercing of the Φ120mm × 7mm stainless steel shell with the Φ110mm mother tube was conducted. The experiment result has showed that the one-time piercing process is logic and the yield is higher than that of the twice-piercing process,and the rolling load is similar to that during piercing Φ116mm × 16mm stainless steel shell. As a result,the pierced shell size range is expanded.
