Φ100mm自动轧管机传动元件的改进

IMPROVEMENT OF DRIVE COMPONENTS OF Φ100mm PLUG PIPE MILL

介绍了山东烟台钢管总厂将Φ100mm自动轧管机胶木轴瓦改为滚动轴承以及将梅花套改为滑块式万向节的情况，进行了轧辊强度和刚度的校核。改进后的使用结果表明，产品质量提高，设备故障减少，用水减少，传动系统工作平稳，噪音小，工作环境明显改善。

The modification of the Φ100mm plug pipe mill located at the Yantai Steel Tube General Plant,Shandong focused on the mill's bakelite bush and the wobbler sleeve which were replaced by rolling bearing and slide-block type universal joint. The roll strength and rigidity were checked. The modified drive system has advantages namely,better tube quality,less machine failure, reduction of water consumption,smooth running and lower noise level,which results in a much better working enviornment.
