高职院校校企合作路径探寻

鉴于目前高职院校校企合作中存在的问题,需要进一步更新观念,明确责任;创新运行机制,保障校企合作顺利;成立校企双方认可的专业指导委员会;以市场为导向,按企业需求设置专业;开展"订单式"校企合作人才培养;强化专兼职教师队伍,建立校企双方人员的流动机制;因地制宜,校企共建实习基地。

As for the problems in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, the ideas about cooperation need to be further renewed, the responsibility should be clarified, the operational mechanism should be innovated to ensure the successful implementation of the cooperation. Specific guiding committee approved by both the colleges and enterprises should be established to set up market-oriented majors according to the requirements of enterprises. Order-form style talent cultivation mode should be set up, teams of full-time teachers and part-time teachers from enterprises should be constructed to establish flow mechanism for the teachers between the colleges and enterprises. Practice bases should be established by both a college and enterprises based on the reality.
