Analysis of professional competence standard of primary school English teachers in Chongqing’s urban and rural areas

本文通过问卷调查的方式进行数据搜集,并参照达标体系对照重庆城乡小学英语教师专业素质现状,就存在的问题提出了在观念、管理、组织、实施方面的具体建议。

Based on questionnaire to collect data and on the professional standard system, this essay compares the professional standard system with the present situations of professional quality of primary school English teachers in Changqing＇s urban and rural areas, discusses currently existing problems and makes specific suggestions in the aspects of ideas, administration, organization and implementation.
