简介了改进的高频焊管外毛刺刮削机构的设计特点。该机构采用凸轮机构来实现刮刀的快速升降，手动操作，结构简单，适于中小型高频焊管机组。
The paper briefly describes the design features of the outer-bur scraping system for hi-frequency weld pipe. With employment of a earn mechanism to quickly lift and lower the scraper,the system is simple in structure and operated manually,being suitable for small/medium sized hi-frequency weld pipe mills.
