摘要
从理论和实践上探讨了弧焊逆变器的高频脉冲功率变压器的优化设计。从最小功耗的角度推导了最佳铜、铁损比和最佳初、次级铜损比;根据传热学理论和实践导出了变压器的热模型,提出了按允许温升局部最优的设计方法,并通过试验验证。
This pape studies the optimum design theory and practice of hight frequency high-power pulse transformer of arc welding inverter.From the point of minimizing the total transformer loss,the optimum ratio of copper loss to core loss and the optimum copper loss ratio of primary winding to second winding are developed.On the basis of heat transfer theory and experiment,the thermal model of the transformer is derived .A local optimum design method based on the maximum allowing temperature rise is proposed and tested by expeiments.
