中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical effects of TCM integral therapy for congestive heart failure

目的观察中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法将139例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组71例，采用中西医结合药物治疗（西医强心、利尿、扩血管的同时使用中医汤药和成药）；对照组68例，仅采用西医治疗（强心、利尿、扩血管＋β-阻滞剂治疗）。结果治疗组总有效率为94．3％，对照组总有效率77．9％，经X^2方检验，两者差异有统计学意义（X^2=7．94，P=0．019）。结论中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效更显著。

Objective To observe therapeutic effects of TCM integral therapy in the treatment of congestive heart failure. Methods 127 patients were randomly divided into two groups： 71 patients were treated with TCM integral therapy, and the remaining 56 patients were treated with modem medicine only. Results The overall effective rate of the TCM integral group was significantly higher than that of the control group （94.37% vs 85.71%, X^2=7.96 P〈 0.05）. Conclusion TCM integral therapy is more effective than modem medication therapy alone for the treatment of heart failure.
