摘要 介绍一种新型的零电压、零电流全桥相移PWM弧焊逆变器。其滞后臂在整个负载范围内处于零电流开关状态,克服了常规相移控制开关电路滞后臂零电压开通范围窄的缺点。文中给出该逆变器工作原理、设计特点及试验结果。 This paper introduces a novel PWM welding inverter with Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS) and Zero-Current-Switching (ZCS) phase shift full bridge.The lagging-leg switches are operated with ZCS for whole load ranges.It overcomes the limitation of the narrow zero-voltage ranges of the lagging leg in the convintional phase shift control inverter.The principle of the inverter and the experimental results are also presented.
