在基础级单机工业控制设备中，越来越多的设备不仅仅要满足于技术指标，同时还要使设备的设置简明、清晰。针对以上的目的，本文为机器人弧焊设计研制了一种双微处理器ＣＯ２焊接智能控制器。

As single controlling device on basic level,more and more of them not only need to satify technique feature,but also need to be simple and clear in parameter-setting.For fhis purposes,the paper introduces an intelligent controller in CO2 welding robot system based on bi-processor.
