摘要
研制和试验了功率为5kW的聚焦光束钎焊设备。该设备以大功率球形短弧气体放电氙灯为光源,设计了合理的光学聚焦系统、冷却系统及供电系统。测定了其主要性能参数,并进行了钎焊工艺试验。试验表明,研制的聚焦光束钎焊设备可实现输入功率600~5000W连续可调,最小光斑直径为15mm,对绝对黑体的加热温度可达1800℃,能够实现常规结构材料自锡基至镍基钎料的高、低温钎焊工艺过程,并可在材料表面改性方面进一步开发应用。
A 5kW light beam brazing equipment has been developed and tested.A sphere large-power short arc xenon lamp is used as the light source of this equipment. Deep ellipsoidal optical focusing system, cooling system and power source are designed reasonably. Major performance parameters of this equipment are tested and the brazing process is examined. The result shows that input power of this equipment can be regulated continuously from 600 to 5000W. The minimum diameter of light beam spot is 15mm. The maximum heating temperature on blackbody can reach up to 1800℃. Brazing of ordinary materials with Sn-based and Ni-based filler metals are successfully performed. This equipment can be further developed into the surface modification processing of materials because of its high and concentrated energy.
