摘要
通过多年对400m栏进行跟踪观察,分析其训练负荷的结构特点,认为提高运动成绩的关键是提高训练负荷的有效性,而合理界定乳酸训练强度、适时运用诱导性强度刺激手段、把握好训练时间,这三者在训练过程中的和谐统一是提高训练负荷有效性的根本。
With years of enquiry into training of 400-meter hurdles,and the characteristics of its training load structure being analyzed the author belieres that the key of improving the results of athletes lies in improving the effectiveness of training load.What is essential to improve its effectiveness consists in the harmonious union of the following three factors during the process of training,that is,the reasonable limits of lactic acid strength,appropriate application of induced intensity stimulus and arrangement of training time.
