辽宁省普通高校高水平运动队教练员现状调查研究

Current Situation of Coaches of High-level Sports Team from Common Higher Institutions in Liaoning

通过问卷调查法对辽宁省普通高校高水平运动队教练员队伍的现状进行了研究分析,结果表明:辽宁省普通高校高水平运动队教练员整体年龄、职称结构合理,但高学历教练员比例偏低;大部分教练员都有从事运动训练经历,但运动水平不高,直接影响到教练员的执教经验;教练员业务培训机会不多、考核制度不完善。因此,建议采用聘请高水平专业队教练员兼职任教,实现教练员队伍的优势互补;加强对教练员队伍的培训、考核、提高高水平运动队科学化训练水平。

Through investigation by questionnaire,it analyzes the current situation of coaches of high-level sports team from common higher institutions in Liaoning.It has been show that their age and professional title structure is reasonable,but less well-educatde proportion.They have abundant teaching practical experience,but lack the match and common experience in a contest.They still lack the fixed professional training and evaluation system.It is suggested that we should strengthen their training and evaluation,to improve scientific training level in highlevel sports team.
