A Brief Exploration to the Origin of Dengwen Drum

古文献中对提鼓和早期进谏方式的记载表明,登闻鼓最先可能指古代上朝进谏时手中所拿的一种小鼓,但后世的登闻鼓就其形制来看,则当肇始于西周时的路鼓制。

Dengwen drums first point to a kind of little drums,they were hold in hand when people came to the court to admonish the emperors.But according to the operation of Dengwen drums,they shoud originated from the road drums.in Western Zhou Dynasty.In the article,combined with the previous studies,the operation of the road drums has been analysied too.
