多层螺旋CT三维血管成像在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价MRP、CPR、VR、MIP和SSD三维重建图像对主动脉夹层的破口、内膜瓣和真、假腔的显示能力。方法对拟39例主动脉夹层(AD)患者行多层螺旋CT薄层扫描,采用团注追踪法对所有患者行CT增强扫描,在工作站采用MPR、CPR、VR、MIP和SSD重建对轴位图像进行三维重建。结果MPR、CPR、VR和SSD对破口的显示率分别为81.9%、84.9%、22.4%和10.9%,对内膜瓣的显示率均为100%;MIP不能直接显示破口和内膜瓣;MPR、CPR、VR和SSD对真、假腔的显示率均为100%,MIP为75%。结论MRP和CPR对主动脉夹层显示最好,VR和SSD次之,MIP最差。MPR和CPR显示主动脉夹层破口的敏感性、特异性、准确性明显高于VR和SSD。
