摘要
在高校工会工作中应用双因素理论,即激励因素和保健因素理论,以教职工需求为导向,以人为本地开展工作,使全体教职工既能在一个和谐环境中心情舒畅地工作,又有满腔的热情积极向上。
Colleges and Universities in trade union work at the application of two-factor theory of health, so as to demand-oriented staff to carry out the work of local people so that all the staff both in a harmonious environment to work in the ease of mind, filled with enthusiasm and positive.
