民生学研究纲要

Study Outline of the People's Livelihood

把民生学作为一门独立的学科进行研究,有助于为民生决策和公共政策的制定提供科学的理论依据与坚实的学理基础。目前设立民生学的时机已经成熟,理论基础已经具备。根据生存与发展的3S模型,提出民生学研究应遵循的技术路径,建立了民生学的框架体系。民生学研究由民生学一般理论研究、民生治理政策的制定与实施、民生指标体系及其评估三部分构成。

The people＇s livelihood study as an independent subject contributes to the livelihood of the people in decision- making and the formulation of public policies to provide scientific and theoretical basis. Based on the 3S model of the survival and development, the people＇s livelihood study includes three parts： the research of general theory, the implementation of the policy on people＇s livelihood management and the indicator system and assessment of people＇s livelihood.
