摘要 通过对"矩形原理"的解读以及地方性本科院校在校大学生学习现状的分析,客观评价"矩形原理"理论对现时大学生思想政治教育所起的积极作用,提出了强化学生学习动力的主要途径:(1)找准综合动力的接合点,实现内外动力的良性互动;(2)加强大学生职业生涯规划指导,帮助大学生树立自己的学习目标;(3)创新教学方式,调动学生的学习积极性;(4)改善条件,为大学生的学习创造良好的学习环境。 Based on analysis of rectangle principle and local college students'learning, the role of rectangle principle in the college students' ideological and political education is evaluated. Accordingly the approaches to strengthen students'learning motives are proposed. (1)Taking the linkage of comprehensive motives as the key points and bring about the favorable interaction between internal and external motives. (2)Well conducting the instruction for college students'career planning and helping them to foster the goals of learning. (3) Innovating the modes of teaching and stimulating the students'enthusiasm of learning. (4) Improving the conditions and offering the favorable environment for college students' learning.
