结合武汉地区工程地质特征,对静压预应力管桩的适应性、桩端持力层受力特点及选择、单桩竖向极限承载力的确定、抗拔桩的论述、施工控制要点、基坑开挖注意事项等问题,从设计理论和工程实践等方面进行分析和总结,可供同类工程参考。

Combined with the characteristics of engineering geology in Wuhan, the author provides analysis and summary on some issues including adaptation of static pre-stressed pipe pile, choices and characteristics of pile-end＇ s bearing stratums, definition of vertical bearing capacity of single pile, the discussion on tensile pile, construction controlling points as well as precaution of foundation pit excavation, from aspects of design theory and engineering practice, which has a certain reference for other similar engineering.
