论现代教师教育道路演变的逻辑 被引量:1

On the Transformation Logic of Contemporary Teacher Education

摘要 现代教师教育的演变遵循着一条以教育实践为起点的逻辑线路,即"教育实践——教师教育实践——教师教育理念"。推动这一演变发生的动力源是教育理论与教育实践间的矛盾,它构成了我们分析和区分不同教师教育道路的直接线索。对这一逻辑线路的考察表明:现代教师教育道路演变的脉络是"培训——教育——学习",该脉络的形成有其内在必然性。走向教师学习是未来教师教育道路演变的大致路向。 The transformation of modern teacher education follows a logic path based on educational practice, that is, a path from educational practice to teacher education practice, to teacher education theory finally. The force that drives the transformation is the contradiction between education theory and education practice, which constitutes the direct clue to analyses and recognize different teacher education paths. Based upon the above analysis, it reveals that the transformation path of modern teacher education is from training to education, to learning, which process has its internal inevitability. Considering the transformation process, we can see that the direction for future teacher education is toward teacher-learning.
