摘要
教师实践智慧即教师理解。教师如何通过自我反思、理解他人,并最终理解自己,将是教师实践智慧生成的关键。我国当前的许多研究特别强调自我反思、教师叙事等在教师实践智慧生成中的作用,本文将在指出其局限性的基础之上,提出教师实践智慧的生成将是自我反思、倾听学生、理解同事和对教育理论同化和顺应的结合。
The teacher's practical wisdom is teacher's understanding. How does the teacher understand others and at last understands himself, which is the key to generating the teacher's practical wisdom. At present, many studies especially stress the functions of self-reflection and teacher's narrative in the generation of the teacher's practical wisdom in our country. I firstly point to its constrains and disadvantages, and then put forward that the generation of teacher-s practical wisdom will be the combination of self-reflection, listening to students, understanding colleagues and critical reflection of teaching theory.
