摘要 拓展训练是借助于精心设计的特殊情境,以户外活动的形式让参与者进行体验,从中感悟出活动所蕴含的理念,通过反思获得知识,改变行为,实现可趋向性目标的一种体验式培训模式。它打破了培训课中长期以来封闭的教育模式,将公务员培训课程体系扩展到社会和大自然中,拓展了培训课的时间和空间,体现了公务员培训课程的多种功能和价值,对推动我国公务员培训课程改革将产生重要和深远的影响。 Outward Bound is designed through the use of the special situation,the form of outdoor activities in order to allow participants to experience activities from the sentiment behind the idea of access to knowledge through reflection,to change behavior and achieve the goal may be a tendency Experience training model.It broke the long-term training courses in the closed mode of education and training system will be the expansion of civil society and nature,the expansion of the training course of time and space, reflects the wide range of training courses for civil service functions and the value of the promotion of China's civil service training curriculum reform will have important and far-reaching consequences.
