中国特色社会主义发展观以马克思主义发展观为理论基础,以毛泽东的发展观和当代国外先进发展观为理论借鉴和理论补充。经历了全面发展观、可持续发展观和科学发展观三个阶段的发展完善,具备了构成严整理论体系的前提、要素和标准。中国特色社会主义发展观的理论体系是由发展中心论、发展价值论、发展整体论、发展系统论、发展永续论和发展统筹论六部分组成。
