摘要
知识分享是高校可持续发展的内生动力机制。本文以教学型的高校教师为对象,基于Shulman的知识基础(knowledge base)与Elbaz的实践知识(practical knowledge)这两种研究取向,分析教学型高校教师的知识体系,进而探讨其在教学场域内知识分享的主要方式,旨在为促进高校教师知识分享、提高教师专业素养及教学水平提供参考。
Knowledge sharing is an endogenous dynamic mechanism for colleges' sustainable development.Based on Shulman's knowledge base and Elbaz's practical knowledge,this paper analyses the knowledge system and the main methods for knowledge sharing of the teaching-oriented college teachers in the teaching field.The purpose is to provide references for promoting college teachers' knowledge sharing,improving teachers' professional quality and raising the teaching level.
