氧化铝熟料窑窑尾袋式除尘器的开发与应用

Development and Application of the Bag Dust Collector in Alumina Clinker Kiln Tail

针对氧化铝熟料窑传统静电除尘器已不能满足国家日益提高的环保标准这一问题,进行了氧化铝熟料窑袋式除尘器的开发与应用课题研究。对氧化铝熟料窑窑尾烟气的风量、含尘浓度、温度进行测定;收集熟料窑窑尾现有的静电除尘器、排风机等运行参数,以及窑灰成分等基础资料,确定技术方案,设计工艺流程。工业试验证明,袋式除尘器不仅可以取代静电除尘器,而且如果短路旋风收尘器,将袋式除尘器直接与立烟道连接,将会取得更好的效果。

Considered that conventional electrostatic dust collector used in alumina clinker kiln can＇t meet the increasingly high environmental standard, this paper studies on the development and application of the bag dust collector used in alumina clinker kiln, determines the air volume of the fume, dust concentration, temperature of the flue gas from the alumina clinker kiln tail, collects the operation parameters of existing electrostatic dust collector and exhaust fan, as well as the basic data of kiln dust composition, determines the technology scheme, design the process flow. Industry test proves that the bag dust collector can not only replace electrostatic dust collector, but also achieve a better effect if the cyclone dust collector is abandoned and connected with vertical flue directly.
