摘要
目的:建立小儿退热颗粒中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Dikmak Kromasil-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(20∶80),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:238nm,柱温35℃。结果:栀子苷进样量在0.1005~0.5025μg范围内,线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.05%,RSD为1.53%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速、准确、重现性良好,可作为栀子苷的含量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for content determination of Xiaoer Tuire Granules by HPLC. Methods: The Dikmak Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5um) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and water (20: 80), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 238 nm.The column temperature was 24℃. Results: The linear ranges of jasminoidin was at 0.100 5-0.502 5 ug, the average recovery was 99.05% with a RSD of 1.53% (n= 6). Conclusion: The method is fast, reliable, accurate and can be used in the quality control of jasminoidin.
