摘要
石油钻井物料消耗投资大、管理控制难,本文提出应用企业资源计划系统中物料清单方法,建立适用于石油钻井物料管理与控制的石油钻井物料清单的结构模型。分析讨论了模型中节点间的关系和约束,给出了钻井物料清单的形式化定义。针对钻具可重复使用的特性和钻具损耗的随机性,按钻井开次,以分阶段计算的方法和期望值法给出了钻井物料清单的数量模型。石油钻井物料清单模型的建立,为实现钻井物资供应的优化管理提供了辅助支持。
In view of great investment and difficult management in oil drilling material consumption, we propose a structure model of oil drilling bill of material that adapt to oil drilling material management and control by using the method of bill of material in enterprise resource planning in this paper. We analyze the relation and the constraint between the nodes in the structure model and give a formalized definition to bill of oil drilling material. Based on the reusing and the stochastic of oll drilling apparatus consumption, the quantity model of bill of oil drilling material is proposed by using the method of stage calculation and the expectation of loss in oil drilling sequence order. The establishment and application of the model provides the assistance support to realize the optimal management of the oil drilling material supply.
