摘要
屠宰废水是中等浓度有机废水,含氮量高,适宜用厌氧-好氧工艺处理。通过投菌对其生物系统进行强化,考察了菌株对屠宰废水生物处理的强化作用。试验结果表明,经投菌强化后的厌氧-好氧系统,对比未投菌的空白系统,出水COD的质量浓度从129mg/L降低到96.9mg/L,去除率提高2.08%;NH3-N的质量浓度从64.9mg/L降到14.4mg/L,去除率提高76.4%。生物强化可有效提高生物系统对屠宰废水的处理效果。
As a kind of medium concentration organic wastewater with high nitrogen content, slaughter wastewater was suitable to be treated by anaerobic-aerobic process. Through adding bacterial strains into the original biological system, the bioaugmentation effect of the bacterial strains in slaughter wastewater treatment was investigated. The results showed that, compared with blank system, the mass concentration of effluent COD and NH3-N in the bacterial strains enhanced anaerobic-aerobic system decreased from 129 to 96.9 mg/L and 64.9 to 14.4 mg/L respectively, the removal rates of the two increased by 2.08% and 76.4% respectively. It could be seen that, bioaugmentation could effectively improve the efficiency of biological system in slaughter wastewater treatment.
