摘要
采用静态阻垢法测定不同浓度的HEDP药剂对碳酸钙垢的阻垢效果,测定阻垢试验的溶液中实际残留的HEDP药剂浓度,考察了不同Ca2+浓度与HEDP的沉积效应,研究结果表明,在低Ca2+浓度时,HEDP药剂对碳酸钙有良好的阻垢效果;在高Ca2+浓度的溶液中,HEDP药剂与溶液中大量的Ca2+结合,形成不溶性有机膦酸盐-钙复合体而沉积,而影响HEDP药效的发挥。
Using static scale inhibition method to measure inhibition effect of HEDP with different concentration levels to CaCO3 scale, the residual HDPE concentration in the experimental solution was measured and the relationship between Ca^2+ concentration and deposition effect of HEDP was investigated. The results showed that, HEDP had a better inhibition performance to CaCO3 scale when the Ca^2+ concentration was low; and in the solution containing high concentration of Ca^2+, HEDP had a chemical combination with abundant Ca^2+ and formed insoluble organic phosphonate-caleium composite sediment, which impact the effect of HEDP.
