摘要
为推广自燃煤矸石粗、细集料在混凝土中的应用,参照国标,通过试验对阜新市高德矿堆积的自燃煤矸石进行了轻集料品质评定.试验结果表明,阜新高德矿自燃煤矸石SO_3质量分数<1.0%,因此能保证该自燃煤矸石集料配制混凝土的结构安全性;在掌握了自燃煤矸石基本性质的基础上,将其破碎、筛分、级配,加工成粗、细集料.按轻集料混凝土配合比设计方法设计了5组试验,进行了大量的立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈拉强度和弹性模量检测.研究结果表明,由于阜新高德自燃煤矸石粗、细集料与中等级混凝土基体的强度和弹性模量差距较小,虽然其自身强度不及天然砂子及碎石,但因充分发挥了集料和基体的协调作用,仍可配制出LC15-LC40的混凝土,且早期强度发展的更理想.
For popularizing the application of spontaneous combustion coal gangue used in concrete as coarse and fine aggregates, spontaneous combustion coal gangue in Gaode Mine, Fuxin was tested to assess the quality as lightweight aggregate in concrete referring to national standard. The experiment showed that SO3 content of the spontaneous combustion coal gangue was less than 1%, so the safety of the structure casting by the concrete with the spontaneous combustion coal gangue as aggregate can be ensured. The spontaneous combustion coal gangue was crushed, sieved, graded, and manufactured to coarse and fine aggregates based on its basic properties. 5 sets of tests were designed by mix proportion method for lightweight aggregate concrete and cube strength, axial strength, spitting strength and elastic modulus were tested. The results of tests indicated that the spontaneous combustion coal gangue as coarse and fine aggregates are closed to the medium-strength concrete on strength and elastic modulus, and coordination between the aggregate and matrix has been fully utilized. Though the strength of spontaneous combustion coal gangue is less than that of sand or gravel, LC15-LC40 concrete can be fabricated and early strength of this type of concrete is higher than that of normal concrete.
