水母雪莲对小鼠抗疲劳和抗氧化作用的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:通过观察青海产水母雪莲对力竭运动小鼠血液和组织相关抗疲劳指标的影响,探讨其抗疲劳和抗氧化作用。方法:将雄性BALB/C小鼠随机分为安静对照组,运动对照组,水母雪莲低、中、高剂量组,每组12只。水母雪莲组分别给予不同剂量(0.27、0.54及1.08 g.kg-1.d-1)的雪莲灌胃28 d后进行游泳实验,即将负重(负重量为自身体重的5%)小鼠放入游泳箱中,记录负重游泳时间并测定小鼠血液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、尿素(BUN)、血红蛋白(Hb)及肾组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:水母雪莲低、中、高剂量组与运动对照组相比,负重游泳时间显著延长(P<0.05),游泳后血液中Hb、肾组织中SOD含量明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.01),而血液中LDH、BUN和肾组织中MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。水母雪莲中、高剂量组与低剂量组比较,各项指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:水母雪莲具有增强小鼠运动耐力、抗疲劳和抗氧化的作用。 Objective:The effect of Saussurea Medusa Maxim (SMM) on anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation was investigated by determining LDH BUN,Hb in the blood and the contents of SOD, MDA in the kidney of the exhausting swimming mice. Methods: BALB/C male mice , were randomly divided into resting control group, sport control group and SMM group, which was further divided into three subgroups according. to the doses of SMM( n = 12 in each group). The model of exhausting swimming mice was established by loading 5% of the body weight on the tail. Three different doses of SMM ( 0.27,0.54 and 1.08 g·kg^-1·d^-1 ) were intragastrically administered for 28 days. The other two control groups were treated with normal saline. The swimming time was recorded and the contents of LDH, BUN, Hb in the blood and SOD, MDA in the kidney were measured just after the exhausting swimming. Results:When compared with that of the sport control group,the swimming time was obviously extended(P 〈 0.05 ). Hb in the blood and SOD in the kidney increased obviously in different SMM groups after the exhausting swimming(P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ). While the contents of LDH, BUN and M DA significantly decreased in SMM groups( P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01 ). The other indexes of SMM between the high-dose and low-dose groups showed difference with statistical significance(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:SMM can increase the capacity of anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation.
