摘要
本文从校、院系二级党校和校、院系、党支部三级培养模式建立的作用和意义,提出了当前形势下做好学生党支部建设、发挥党员先锋模范作用的思路。
From the influence and effect of second level Party in school and departments, and third level training pattern in school and departments and Party branch, the article issues a way of constructing student Party branch well, and vanguard and exemplary role played by Party members.
