论民族地区高校大学生“四种能力”的培养——以百色学院为例 被引量:4

摘要 文章通过百色学院的办学实践,阐述了要强化大学生的四种能力,应紧紧围绕着"培养什么样的人,怎样培养人"的工作主线,始终抓住教书育人这个中心环节,通过强化"四种意识",即质量意识、市场意识、开放意识、超前意识;改革"四个模式",即课程模式、教学模式、办学模式、实践模式,实行"四化教学"即特色化教学、多样化教学、开放化教学和实践化教学,切实提高地方高校的办学质量。 Through Baise University's practice on education, this essay illustrates that if pursue to strengthen students' practical ability, creative ability, ability suitable for employment and enterprise, should closely surround the main line of work namely "cultivate what kind of people and how to cultivate". It should be highlighted that always put the teaching and cultivating as the central part. Using the way of strengthening the "four kinds of consciousness", they are, the quality of awareness, market awareness, open awareness, advance awareness; to reform the "four models", they are, curriculum mode, teaching mode, schooling mode, practice mode, to carry out the " four teaching ", that is, the characteristic teaching, the diversify teaching, open teaching and practice-oriented teaching, effectively improve the quality of local colleges and universities schooling.
