大学生职业指导工作直接关系到学生就业水平的高低,本文根据国家示范建设院校的实践经验,提出自己的指导方式,利用顶岗实习这个有利时机开展职业指导工作,将实习与就业有机结合,为高职院校职业指导工作提供经验借鉴。

Vocational guidance affect the level of students＇ employment. According to the practical experiece of constructing model colleges, the article puts forward its own way of employment guidance： takes students as trainee in enterprises, combines the practie with employment in order to provide experience for vocational colleges in the work of employment guidance.
