摘要
随着电网的快速发展,电力系统对电网安全稳定性的要求越来越高。根据华中电网要求,葛洲坝电厂需要承担一次调频任务。文中详细叙述了在葛洲坝电厂进行的水轮机调速器一次调频功能试验的情况,分析了水轮机调速器各调节参数与机组一次调频的关系,并成功地在葛洲坝电厂实现了一次调频功能,特别是对于轴流转桨式双调节机组的一次调频功能的应用具有参考价值。
Dwing to the rapid development of power grid, a safer and more stable power grid is demanded. According to the need of the Central China Grid, Gezhouba Hydropower Plant undertakes the task of primary frequency regulation. This paper describes particularly the primary frequency regulation test which is carried out on the hydro-turbine governor of Gezhouba Hydropower Plant. It analyzes the relationship and influence between the regulative parameters of the hydro-turbine governor and primary frequency regulation of the unit. And finally, the function of primary frequency regulation is realized successfully in Gezhouba Hydropower Plant. The practice is of reference value for primary frequency regulation of axial flow kaplan hydro- turbine generators.
