摘要
苏通大桥南引桥尾跨箱梁采用支架现浇施工,施工支架为贝雷梁钢管桩式支架,右幅箱梁施工完成后,采用整体平移的方式将施工支架整体平移至左幅进行箱梁施工。对支架整体平移的抗倾覆稳定性、支架受力、载重滚轮小车承载能力、钢管桩接头强度和平移牵引力进行分析计算,介绍牛腿及轨道梁、载重滚轮小车、牵引支架的安装工艺以及牵引支架、牵引行进控制和钢管桩连接等关键技术的实施。
The concrete for the end span box girders of the south approach spans of Sutong Bridge was cast in situ on the scaffolding that was formed by the Bailey truss and steel pipe piles. After the construction of the right half of the girder was completed, the scaffolding was then translated in a integrity way to the side of the left half of the girder to continue the concrete casting there. The overturning stability, force conditions, roller trolley carrying capacity, pipe pile joint strength and hauling force for the translation of the scaffolding are analyzed and calculated, the construction technology for the installation of the brackets, rail beams, roller trolleys and hauling frames are introduced and the implementation of the key techniques for the hauling frames, hauling force control and pipe pile jointing is described as well.
