摘要 鄂东长江大桥主桥为混合梁斜拉桥,钢箱梁桥面吊机安装前须预先吊装塔梁段非标准钢箱梁段(M、F梁段)。由于梁段重200 t以上,加之下游桥梁通航高度较低,选用镇航工818号1200 t浮吊;M、F梁段位于桥塔江侧水域,吊装占用部分航道,浮吊抛锚、起锚、吊装施工组织及施工水域的维护要求较高。通过选择合理的吊装施工工艺,成功完成了M、F梁段的吊装,定位平面轴线偏差远小于施工要求。 The main bridge of Edong Changjiang River Bridge is a hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge. Before the deck crane is installed on the steel box girder of the bridge, the non-standard steel box girder, sections (sections M and F) at the pylon and girder section must be installed first. Because the weight of a girder section is heavier than 200 t and the vertical navigation clearance under the downstream bridge is low, the 1 200-t capacity Zhenhanggong 818 Floating Crane is selected for the lifting and installation of the girder sections. The sections M and F are on the river side close to the pylon and the lifting and installation operation will occupy part of the navigation channel, for this reason, the anchor casting and lifting, the construction organization for the lifting and installation and the protection for the construction water area are all very demanding. With the utilization of the rational construction technology, the lifting and installation of the sections M and F are finally successfully completed and the plane axis tolerances of positioning of the sections are less than those required by the construction.
