主要综述了当前美国荸荠(Eleocharis dulcis(Burm.f.)Trin.ex Hensch)生产与研究方面内容,主要包括:引种历史、分布与荸荠种质资源保存情况;美国荸荠相关产品进口情况;旨在加速荸荠在美国推广应用而进行的衬网栽培、去皮加工和贮运等方面研究。
Some production and research aspects of Chinese water chestnut （Eleocbaris dulcis （Burro. f.） Trin. ex Hensch） in the United States were reviewed. The contents mainly include the introduction into the United States, the distribution and resources preservation of Chinese water chestnut; import of Chinese water chestnut product; the studies of cultivation method of burying netting under the substrate, peeling and storage of Chinese water chestnut.
