摘要
以水芹为试材,比较了秋季施用GA3后不同时间采收对食用器官产量及品质的影响。试验结果表明,叶面喷施GA3后随时间延长,株高和产量显著增加,食用部分的部分非结构性碳水化合物含量总体呈先下降后上升的趋势,不同物质的变幅存在差异;粗纤维、膳食纤维等结构性成分先缓慢增加而后快速提升。部分保健功能也以5d为佳,建议水芹施用GA3后应在5d左右及时采收。
The effect of treat time with GA3 on quality and yield of water dropwort （Oenanthe stolonifera D.C.） were studied in autumn. The results showed that, height of plants and yield of treatments were increased remarkably along with the time. Contents of some ingredients of non-structured carbohydrate descended then ascended as a whole. Contents of crude fiber, dietary fiber and its main compositions raised tardily in earlier and then increased fleetly. Several indexes of healthcare revealed better in 5 d than 10 d after treatment with GA3. It is suggested that water dropwort should be harvested in time after 5 d of treatment with GA3.
