当前,高校毕业生就业压力日益严峻。校企合作创建实训基地既能提高学生业务技能和实际操作能力,又在一定程度上缓解了大学生结构性"过剩"与实用性人才"稀缺"的难题。本文在分析校企合作优势的同时,结合福建交通职业技术学院实例探讨校企合作的策略,从而为持续推进校企合作实现双赢目标提供现实性依据。

At present, the employment of college graduates becomes an increasingly severe problem. High school to create training base can enhance students practical business skills and ability, and also to some extent alleviates the graduates structural ＂excess＂ and practical talent ＂scarcity＂ problem. Based on the analysis of advantages of school-enterprise cooperation, combined the condition of Fujian Communications Vocational and Technical College, the article explores school-enterprise cooperation strategy and provides a real foundation for continuing to promote cooperation for the win win goals.
