纤维胆道镜治疗胆管结石138例分析

Choledochofiberscope treatment of bile duct stones:an observation of 138 cases

目的观察纤维胆道镜治疗胆管结石的疗效。方法将2003年1月至2008年2月314例胆管结石患者随机分为3组,肝切除组87例;胆总管切开加纤维胆道镜取石组(下称纤胆镜组)138例;胆总管切开取石组(下称切开取石组)89例。采用软件包SPSS for windows12.0进行统计分析,用χ2检验比较组间差异有统计学意义。结果纤胆镜组与切开取石组比较术后优良率及残石率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与肝切除组比较并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维胆道镜应用于胆管结石的治疗有着显著的效果。

Objective To explore the effects of choledochofiberseope in the treatment of cholangiolithiasis. Methods 314 cases were divided randomly into three groups,the hepatectomy group （87 cases）, the choledochofiberscope group （138 cases） and the choledochotomy group （89 cases）. Results Comparing choledochofiberscope group and incision group,postoperation good rate and residual stone rate were significantly different （P〈0.05）, compared with liver resection group, the incidence of complications was significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Choledochofiberscope has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of bile duct stones.
