摘要
目的调查目前四川省江安县女性自然绝经年龄状况,分析影响本地区女性绝经年龄的相关因素。方法选择江安县3个镇作为调查点,再随机选择自然绝经的妇女作为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果平均自然绝经年龄为(48.18±2.95)岁,绝经年龄与初产年龄、胎次、产次、流产刮宫次数、母亲绝经年龄、营养状况、劳动强度及幸福指数相关,与初潮年龄无关。结论本地区女性绝经年龄与生理、社会心理、遗传等诸多因素密切相关,为使她们延迟绝经,社会应多给予她们一些关爱和理解。
Objective To investigate the present menopause age of the women in Jiang＇an county of Sichuan and to analyze its relative factors. Methods Three towns of Jiang＇an county were made as the investigation location. The nature menopause women were investigated randomly by questionaire. Results The mean age of natural menopause age was （48.18±2.95） years old. It was related with the factors of primiparity age,foetus frequency,parity,abortion and uterine curettage frequency,menopause age of mother, nutrition condition,labour intensity and happiness index. Conclusion The menopause age of women in local area was exactly related with physiological functions, social psychology factors and heredity. To delay menopause age of women, society should try its best to help and comprehend them energetically.
