摘要
目的探讨在有创通气中,设定湿化器的最佳温度。方法采用随时抽样法将88例使用呼吸机的患者分成1个对照组和2个实验组,温度的设置分别是36～38℃、39～41℃、>41℃。结果经统计学分析,3个组之间存在显著性差异。结论39～41℃为设置呼吸机湿化器的最佳温度。
Objective To explore the best temperature of wetting enginery s setting in invasive ventilation.Methods 88 patients using the mechanical ventilation were randomly divided in to one control group and two experimental groups,which set the temperature as 36-38 ℃,39-41 ℃ and 〉41 ℃.Results By the statistic analyzing,these three groups had obvious difference.Conclusion The best temperature of wetting enginery s setting in invasive ventilation is 39-41 ℃.
