农作物所致眼外伤角膜感染临床分析

The analysis of corneal infection caused by crops

目的探讨农作物所致角膜感染特别是真菌性角膜炎的临床诊疗方法。方法本院就诊的农作物致角膜感染32例(32例)。疗程结束后所有对象均进行疗效评定。并对患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果麦芒和稻壳所致者11眼,治愈10眼,好转1眼;玉米叶擦伤所致者7眼,治愈5眼,好转2眼;花生皮擦伤所致2眼中,治愈1眼,好转1眼。结论对真菌性角膜炎患者以药物治疗为主,并采取综合治疗,未好转者行手术措施有一定效果。

Objective To explore the treatment of corneal infection caused by crops, especially fungal keratitis. Methods 32 patients （32 eyes）with corneal infection by crops were treated in our hospital. The result and the clinical data about the patients were analyzed. Results In 11 patients caused by wheat and Rice Husk, 10 patients healed, 1 patient turn better. In 7 patients caused by leave of sweet corn, 5 patients healed, 2 patients turn better. In 2 patients caused by leave of peanut, 1 patient healed, 1 patient turnbetter. Conclusion Fungal keratitis should be treated mainly by medicine ,together with other comprehensive methods. Surgery may have some effect for the cases that not responsed to medicine.
