酒精分离法在翼状胬肉手术中的临床应用

The clinical application of alcohol separation in pterygium surgery

目的观察酒精分离法在翼状胬肉手术中应用的临床效果。方法翼状胬肉55例(55眼),原发性52例,复发性3例,行酒精分离法翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术。结果术中无并发症出现,术后无视力下降者,仅1眼复发。结论酒精分离法操作简单安全,其所形成的角膜面光滑,术后恢复快,复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical results of alcohol separation in pterygium surgery. Methods 55 （55 eyes） patients of pterygium, in which 52 （52 eyes） are primary and 3 cases （3 eyes） are secondary, were treated by alcohol separtation pterygium combined with limbal stem cell transplantation. Results There＇ s no complications during the operation, and No best correc- ted visual acuity decreasing after the operation. There＇ s only 1 case （ 1 eye） of relapse. Conclusion Alcohol separation is easy and safe. The Corneal surface is smooth, together with fast postoperative recovery and the low recurrence rate.
