心包移植在结膜囊成形术中的应用

Use of pericardium membrane transplantation in the plastic surgery of conjunctival sac

目的探讨保存人心包移植治疗结膜囊狭窄的临床效果及安全性。方法眼球摘除术后伴结膜囊狭窄综合征26例(26眼),行心包移植结膜囊成形术,术后随访观察3～12个月,平均8个月。结果24眼在术后30～60d移植的心包被结膜覆盖,感染1例,结膜囊狭窄1例。结论保存心包移植治疗结膜囊狭窄操作简单,疗效良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of preserved human pericardium in the treatment of conjunctival sac narrow. Methods The plastic surgery of the conjunctival sac with preserved human pericdium was performed on 26 eyes （26 cases） of the coniunctival sac narrow syndrome after ocular enueleation . The follow-up time was 3-12 months （averagly 8 months）. Results The transplanted pericardium were covered by conjunctiva 30 -60 days after operation in 24 eyes, 1 eye was infected, 1 eye was remained conjunctival sac narrow. Conclusion The treatment of conjunctival sac narrow with pericardium has the characteristics of easy getting, easy manipulation and effective results.
