亚唐松草的核型分析

本文报道了东亚唐松草的核型公式为Ｋ（２ｎ）＝４２＝２８ｍ＋１２ｓｍ＋２ｓｍ（ＳＡＴ）为“２Ｂ”类型。染色体的相对长度组成为２ｎ＝４２＝４０ｓ＋２Ｍ２。本文还计算了东亚唐松草的染色体体积，为首次报道。

The present paper deals with the karyoty analysis of Tminus L. var,hypole(S. etz) usds M ig. According to the terminology defind by levan at al. the karyotype to“2B”ty pe of laryotypic asymmetry in the light of the mothod of Kuo et al.The species'c hromosome cemplement based on relative length is 2n=42=40s+2M2.The volumn of t he somatic complement is 38.50μm(Table 2)
