天然气加气母站压缩机组的工作特性及变频控制分析

摘要 以提高现有母站的日均供气量为目标,在分析母站压缩机组的工作特性的基础上,研究了机组由工频向上调速运行的可行性,并提出了母站压缩机组的变频控制方案及优化参数。结果表明,最高转速为900r/min、功率饱和度为95%时可使日均供气能力提高20%,而母站压缩机组因变频驱动电机效率提高而节能7%,即使计入变频器的损耗,实际的节能效果达3%-4%。 To raise the average daily nominal capacity, the performance of compressor unit of primary fueling station was analysed to demonstrate the capability of compressor unit operating at higher speeds by variable-frequency-drived (VFD)motor. Further, economical comparisons of compressor unit operation mode under different control condition were carried out to illustrate the advantage of operating at higher speeds by VFD motor. The results indicate that under the condition of maximum speed nmax= 900 r/min and power saturation fator c = 95% , the nominal capacity of primary station could be promoted by 20% ;whereas the energy consumption of compressor unit could be saved by 7% due to higher power efficiency of VFD motor. Even though the inverter efficiency taken into account, there would still be about 3%-4% net saving.
