摘要
随着计算机技术的发展,CFD技术取得了巨大的进步,其在压缩机理论研究和工程设计中的作用也越来越重要。利用CFD软件Fluent对圆的渐开线、圆的渐开线-圆弧-圆的渐开线两种基本型线的压缩腔内部流场进行了模拟,根据模拟后处理的结果对流体流动的速度、温度和压力做了分析比较,结果表明型线的不同对流场分布有较大影响,这为深入研究涡旋型线对压缩机性能的影响和工程实际应用提供理论参考。
Along with the development of computer technology, the technology of CFD makes a great progress and plays more and more important role in designing scroll compressor. In this paper, two basic profiles' interior flow fields were simulated by using CFD software-fluent, then analyzed several important variables about the flow based on post-proeessing results, such as velocity, temperature and pressure. These provide theory reference for scroll profile study about compressor performance and practical engineering application.
